You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. 2. Pricing and Payment

Shipping Rates & Fees

  • Ink & Toner Orders Over $99: Free standard delivery across standard metropolitan zones.

  • Orders Under $99: Flat $10 handling fee applies.

  • Specialist / Heavy Items: Additional shipping charges may apply to bulk goods, thermal rolls, bond rolls, and heavy office supplies.

  • Regional & Remote Deliveries: Freight surcharges may apply to certain rural or remote postcodes.

Extra Freight Quotes: If your order incurs additional freight charges due to weight, dimensions, or remote location, our team will provide a freight quote prior to dispatch. If you accept the quote, you will be invoiced for the difference. If you decline, we will cancel the order and provide a full refund immediately.

4. Faulty Items & Replacement Policy

We supply genuine and compatible supplies (including ink, toner, and drum units). If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or performance failure:

  • Reporting Window: You must report faulty items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Required Details: Email support with:

    • A clear explanation of the defect or print quality issue.

    • Photographic or video evidence of the fault and print output.

    • The product batch number (printed directly on the casing of the cartridge/unit).

  • Resolution: Upon verification, we will supply a free replacement unit at zero additional cost to you.

5. Return & Refund Policy

  • Original Payment Reversals: For standard order cancellations or verified returns processed via card/digital gateway, refunds will be reversed to the original payment method where applicable.

  • Direct Bank Transfer Refunds: Where direct reversals are unavailable or for specific return approvals, refunds will be transferred directly via Australian Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). You will be asked to provide:

    • Account Name

    • BSB Number

    • Account Number

    • Bank Name

  • Change of Mind: Please choose products carefully. Returns due to change of mind or ordering incorrect printer models must be unopened, in original factory-sealed condition, and may be subject to restocking or return shipping fees.
